NIJ III.A SPEAR BALCS Soft Amor Inserts

NIJ IIIA soft armor inserts designed for BALCS-cut plate carriers. Sold as a set of two. Each insert is made from Honeywell Goldshield aramid and has a thin profile of approximately 5 mm to maintain flexibility and comfort. Rated to NIJ Level IIIA (NIJ 0101.04), the panels are tested against common handgun threats and meet STANAG 2920 fragmentation performance (V50 606 m/s). The inserts are ultrasonically sealed in waterproof TPU to protect against moisture and sweat.
