Compact Horizontal MED Pouch

Compact Horizontal MED Pouch is a low-profile personal first aid pouch for belt-mounted carry. It is designed to sit at the back of the belt, where it stays accessible without taking up extra space on the sides. The pouch is made from Cordura® 500D, 210D nylon and laser-cut laminate to keep the construction durable while maintaining a low weight. A front hook & loop panel with a clear MED marking helps with quick identification when needed.

Inside is a removable insert with a Hypalon® pull tab for fast one-handed access from either side. Elastic loops keep medical gear in place during movement, while a wide elastic strap on the outside secures a tourniquet. The back of the insert also allows trauma shears to be attached. The pouch can be mounted on belts up to 45 mm wide or on MOLLE/PALS platforms.
