Lysander MED Waist Bag

Lysander MED Waist Bag is a compact medical waist pack for carrying essential first aid gear without adding unnecessary bulk. Its ergonomic shape allows it to be worn under a plate carrier and makes it suitable for tight spaces, vehicle use and other confined environments. The main compartment opens with a two-way zipper and is lined with soft Veltex, allowing the included inserts to be arranged as needed. The pouch is sold empty, so the user can build the setup according to personal needs and medical loadout.

A front zip pocket gives quick access to protective gloves, while the rear flat pocket is suited for pressure dressings or larger hemostatic items. The closing flap includes dedicated space for trauma shears and a flat zip pocket for smaller items such as a TCCC card. Laser-cut MOLLE/PALS panels on the sides and bottom add mounting space for extra medical pouches, a tourniquet holder or larger equipment. Shock cord on the bottom allows additional gear to be secured externally when needed.
