Med Pouch Horizontal MK III®

MED Pouch Horizontal MK III® is a low-profile IFAK pouch built for quick access and compact carry. Its horizontal layout works especially well on the back of a belt setup, but it can also be mounted on any MOLLE/PALS platform or directly on a belt up to 45 mm wide. The front panel has a laser-cut MED marking on hook & loop, which keeps the pouch easy to identify and allows additional personalization. Elastic material in the outer pocket adds usable space without making the pouch noticeably bulkier.

Inside is a removable insert with ambidextrous Hypalon® pull tabs for fast access with either hand. The insert opens fully with a zipper and uses elastic loops to keep medical gear organized during movement. A hook & loop panel on the back of the insert allows a shears pouch to be attached when needed.
